Ingredients: Extracts equivalent to Skullcap 1000mg, Kava kava 150mg, Siberian Ginseng 500mg, St John's Wort 1500mg, Magnesium (as Amino Acid chelate) 10mg, Zinc (as gluconate) 2.5mg.

Dosage: Take 1 capsule two to three times per day.

Warning: Do not take if pregnant, breastfeeding or planning to become pregnant. Do not use if you are on the contraceptive pill or other medication as St John's Wort is known to alter the way many medications work.
